Rock City Quilts was started in October 2001 when Bonnie decided to start a Long Arm Quilting business. After eight months she added fabric, patterns, notions, and classes. The store is filled with light bright clear clean fabrics.
Bonnie made her first quilt while attending High School. Quilting has always been an important part of her life. Rock City Quilts is named after a wind, water, and sandstone rock formations a few miles from town. As soon as I fiqure out how, I'll add a picture to help with visual information.
Two grown boys and a husband keep spare time to a minimum. My husband is involved in custom farming. One of the boys is an electrician in Bozeman Montana, the other is working with broadband wire installation and painting.
Valier is a small Montana community of 407 citizens. The main business is Agriculture mostly wheat, barley and hay. We have a large construction company based here and the Holden Hereford Ranch. To the west is a panoramic view of the Rocky Mountain Front. Check out the Valier web site www.valier.org.
